Forget SSRI’s if they don’t work for you. How about an older approach the has been forgotten and lost. An older approach that has proven to work. Proven through recent as well as older studies. You don’t know about it because you get better and no one gets better. Watch and see….

3 Weeks of Lexapro and feeling TERRIBLE. I weaned correctly and still paying the price. Stick with 5-HTP if you need to get on an antidepressant so you don’t change the Physiological processes in your brain.
