Thinking about healthy diets for weight loss? What exactly does that make you think of? A pill? A Human Growth Hormone supplement? The gym? Meal replacement shakes? A vegan diet? Well…there’s one thing I can tell you that I think of and that’s celebrities.
Now just to be clear…I’m not one of those “celebrity watchers.” I don’t buy any of the magazines talking about celebrities’ personal lives. I don’t like hearing the actor or actress commentaries that are included in the new BluRay movies. I don’t like watching famous people in interviews on daytime shows or late night television. But I do have to say that they have ridiculously accurate way of looking great. They have to know a lot about healthy diets for weight loss, weight loss pills, Human Growth Hormone supplement, meal replacement shakes…and everything else diet related in order to look that great constantly.
For instance just look at Sylvester Stallone. Did you know that he is over 60 years old? He’s actually 64. I would never have guessed. And I had no idea how old he was since I don’t keep up with his personal life. The fact that he is 64 years old definitely changes the meaning of the phrase, “dating an old man.” That’s for sure. Looking at him I don’t want to say anything insulting like he’s OLD, but he’s definitely not young. So how does he stay looking so great?
He says that he keeps in shape (this is laughable…he’s much more than “in shape”) by sticking to a high protein diet and working out regularly. He works out 3 times per week for 90 minutes each time.
So in short…Sylvester Stallone shoots for lean proteins and healthy greens. That’s a pretty basic concept. We’re all aware of those particular healthy choices and are capable of making them.
He also mentioned that he was still dedicated to working out. But his workouts aren’t excessive in frequency of length. They’re quite normal. He works out three times each week and he keeps his workouts to about an hour and 1/2. This sort of workout could be managed by almost all of us as well. It’s not crazy or out of the norm. Many of us probably keep a similar workout program regularly.
There’s one other interesting little bit of info that Sylvester Stallone discussed with Time magazine in 2008 is that he didn’t agree with the typical “lumping” of Human Growth Hormone supplements along with steroids, etc. He indicated that it left people with a negative impression of something that (along with testosterone) he thought everyone over 40 should attempt to benefit from.
He suggested that 40+ individuals would benefit from the use of Human Growth Hormone/testosterone. He suggested that they would see an overall sense of well being and an overall increase in their quality of life. He also suggested that the supplement would be available to the public over the counter within 10 years. He thought it was that safe and beneficial.
And he was right. You can now purchase HGH supplementation from homeopathic distributors without a prescription. It’s available at many retail outlets as well as online. It’s been known to provide the benefits that were pointed out by Mr. Stallone with an entire host of others that individuals find life changing. So now we know one of the celeb secrets. We should all get our own Human Growth Hormone supplement and do our best to look as good as Stallone. He just can’t be referred to as an “old man.” He looks to fabulous for that.
Lisa Smithers struggled throughout her college career with HGH imbalances. After finding Growth Hormones Direct she was eventually able to succeed in obtaining her college degree.
